Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing — you stay fully clothed throughout the entire session. We provide everything you need, including a complimentary cup of tea after your session.
How long does a full session last? expand_more
Each session is approximately 45 minutes and includes all three stages: 30 minutes on the Wave Table, 10 minutes on the Sonic Table, and 5 minutes of handheld massage.
Is this like a regular massage? expand_more
No — Anmowell is a completely different experience. Our sessions use advanced therapy beds rather than hands-on techniques. There are no oils, no pressure, and no discomfort. The Wave Table uses gentle rhythmic motion and incline to decompress your spine, while the Sonic Table sends gentle vibrations through your whole body. Many guests say it feels like nothing they've ever tried before.

Yes. The Wave and Sonic Tables are excellent for muscle recovery — they help improve circulation, reduce soreness, and loosen tight muscles without any added pressure on fatigued tissue. Several of our clients visit regularly after running races, gym sessions, and sports training.

Yes — we are located inside Washington Bridge Plaza at 2151 Lemoine Ave, #5, Fort Lee, NJ. Free parking is available in both the parking lot and parking garage directly at the plaza. We are also wheelchair accessible.
