- Booking records: Retained as required by BookedBy’s policies and applicable tax/business record laws
- Health waiver data: Retained for the duration of your client relationship and for a reasonable period afterward as required by New Jersey record-keeping requirements
- Analytics data: Governed by Google Analytics’ data retention settings (currently set to 14 months)
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption on our Site
- Cloudflare security and DDoS protection
- Secure hosting through WP Engine
- Restricted access to personal data among staff
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Health Information
Health information collected through our health waiver is treated with heightened confidentiality. This data is used solely for the purpose of safely providing wellness services to you and is not shared with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
9. Children’s Privacy
While our spa services are available to clients of all ages (minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian), our Site and online booking platform are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, our Site does not respond to DNT signals, but you can manage tracking preferences through your browser settings and the opt-out tools described in Section 3.
