Anmowell Wave & Sonic Massage Spa

Welcome to Anmowell. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at anmowell.co (the “Site”) and the wellness services provided at our physical location. By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Anmowell

Anmowell is a family-owned wellness spa located at 2151 Lemoine Ave, #5, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. We provide non-invasive wave table therapy, sonic table therapy, and handheld massage services. Our services are intended for general wellness purposes and are not medical treatments.

2. Wellness Disclaimer

Anmowell services are not medical treatments. Our wave table, sonic table, and handheld massage services are designed for general relaxation, stress relief, and wellness support. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Nothing on our Site or communicated by our staff should be construed as medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using our services if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. Anmowell is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

3. Health Waiver Requirement

All clients are required to complete a health waiver prior to their first session. The waiver collects information about your health history to help ensure our services are appropriate for you. You must provide accurate and complete information on the waiver. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may affect your safety and releases Anmowell from related liability.

4. Eligibility & Minors

Our services are available to individuals of all ages, including children and seniors. However:

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • A parent or legal guardian must sign the health waiver and consent to services on behalf of any minor.
  • Use of the Site and online booking system requires that you be at least 13 years of age, as required by our third-party booking provider.

5. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our third-party booking platform, BookedBy, accessible at anmowell.bookedby.com. By using this platform, you also agree to BookedBy’s terms and conditions. Anmowell is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of the BookedBy platform beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday: By appointment only
  • Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Hours are subject to change. We recommend checking the Site or contacting us before your visit.

6. Pricing & Payment

Current pricing for our services is published on the Pricing page of our Site. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is processed through our booking platform (BookedBy) or in person at our location. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Session Bundles & Memberships

  • Session bundles (4-session and 10-session packages) and monthly memberships are non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
  • Session bundles do not expire unless otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds for unused sessions or memberships are issued at Anmowell’s sole discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of a session from your package or a cancellation fee equivalent to the session rate.

No-shows without prior notice will be treated as late cancellations. Anmowell reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy, and any changes will be communicated on our Site or at the time of booking.

8. Conduct & Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

  • A client behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or threatening manner toward staff or other clients.
  • A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • A client’s health condition presents a safety risk that our staff is not equipped to manage.
  • A client provides false information on the health waiver.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements — is the property of Anmowell or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site.
  • Post or transmit harmful content, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to BookedBy, Google Maps, and social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience. Anmowell does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Anmowell, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or the Site.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • Anmowell is not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose health conditions or from disregarding the advice of your healthcare provider.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anmowell, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Anmowell makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s operation, accuracy, or reliability, or the results you may experience from our services. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

16. Changes to These Terms

Anmowell reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
